Ran in NJ with JMAN and Alison!!! Look out, girls, she's going to take some scalps at 'toga! Ran about 3 with Alison at about 8 flat pace, then Jarrett and I did the next 5 under 6:50 or around there. Wet run but good time for sho! Still feeling goo-o-o-o-o-od.
