Alt 10 easy, 10 steady
Ughhhhh gd stomach. First 30 a breeze, next 10 a little iffy on the stomach, next 10 getting worse, last steady 10 it was killing me, and the last 10 was a little bit of garbage but I decided to just finish the workout before hitting the bathroom unlike what a lot of the guys did. I think Aldous said the steadies were averaging 6:01, and until the last 10 the pace averaged 6:23, so alternating between avg 6:45 pace easy avg 6:01 pace steady for the first 60 with about 7:20 pace for the last 10.
Lungs great today, legs somewhat tired but overall not bad, just stomach (cramping or who knows what) causing the issues. It's been wonky since after lift yesterday (but before dinner) so hopefully it's on its way out. Easy stuff only made tough by fighting through the stomach issues.
