Another late day at work so this one was just about getting miles in, no desire to workout and not feeling guilty about it. Turning into a maintenance week, not a building week, just doing what I can these two weeks. Things will be back to normal next week, no worries.
Rainy and dark. Least favorite way to start a run, but wasn't too bad after 5 mi. The road is open again! Back to my silly little loop.
