Got it in, but it was close! Not entirely my fault though. Ronnie and I went to the gym at 10:30p and I hopped on the dreadmill for a bit. Let's hope I didn't eff up my sleep too much... Normally am asleep before when I started. Started at 7 and brought it gradually to 6:40, effort felt consistent with runs lately but stupid dreadmill makes it so hard to tell.
