Notes

Ran at the rail bed, good place to run. Coach said to keep it a quality effort but controlled. Don't know what actual paces were but if I had to guess, 7:15 way out and 6:40 way back. Faster by the end but average should be about there, big negative split. Felt great though, not even breathing hard.
