Ran with PAT CAV and Taylor, except I did 4 miles on my own before they got here. Kind of funky though because I finished my 4 right before 12, but Pat got delayed and couldn't get here until a little after 12:30. So, not strictly continuous but what can you do... Would have done more but Taylor was there right at 12 and didn't want to desert him.
Anyway, solid run with the two of them, very good cut down... like freaky good! Only one mile was slower than the previous, and just barely. Started at 7:20+ but consistently worked our way down to under 6:20. Taylor showed no reservations at pushing the pace despite Pat being on the #road2recovery but Pat took it like an absolute champ. Great feeling run through a nice area, solid day. Guess I should have gone longer but I'll take it. Those 10 ended up close to 6:50 even with the slow start.
Then got my car stuck in a snowy driveway but Pat singlehandedly pushed it out. I wasn't even in the car, I was watching from the distance. Or something, my memory is fuzzy I was way drunk.
