ASICS Gel-Phoenix 4 (Yellow/Red 2)
Didn't feel stellar, to be honest. Legs started sore from the lift (that one effin barbell exercise I hate), but they warmed up. But then I just felt kind of... weird. Didn't like it, stopped a little early.
saw you shaking out around 12:30...when was the 2nd run? Probably feeling Tuesdays races a little, it is normal to feel it more the 2nd day than the first...rehydrate and sleep well

Ha really, where? I took a super lazy route for the shakeout, straight out 2 miles on 15th and back. Second run was about 6PM after work.
