LONG run around DI with Pat for 8 and Rob for the whole shebang. Suggested the undeveloped section but it was super muddy and it was too foggy to even see the bridge! Lots of slipping and sliding for miles 2-6, after that all clean and only a little rain in the last mile. Kept it ez, general fatigue but nothing sore in particular. Achilles hurting to start but loosened up... eventually. Head was really hurting for most of the first half but cleared up when Rob let me rant about work. Longest run by time apparently! GUed it up and that seemed to help but who knows, it wasn't a tough run either.
