Well, hit a little hiccup today. Been trying to ignore this hamstring stuff for the past couple days but apparently faster stuff doesn't do it much good. Ran the first one and really didn't like the feel, so I talked to coach to make sure I wasn't going to damage things by running on it. Sat out the 2nd as we worked on it a bit, and then did my best on the next 4. The main problem towards the end was that it really tightened up my stride and did funny things to it, and I was working harder and landing funny, so I didn't want to be compensating, etc. 1-3 were uncomfortable, not really painful, 4 was getting a little iffy, and I didn't like the feel of 5.

Anyway, got some instructions and exercises from coach so let's hope I can get rid of this ASAP.
