Another kind of ishy day. I know I didn't really progress to phase IV yet so I was torn on using one of the week-of-race workouts from that phase, but ultimately decided we train to race so why not. However I also threw 200s on the front and back and went a little faster than tempo (half intentionally, half not), so not the exact same thing. Nothing was all that difficult, but I just felt very stiff to start and flat afterwards. Also felt pretty warm out there, though the temp wasn't actually as high as I thought. I'm just kind of accepting that weeknight workouts feel worse than weekend workouts, whether that's due to less sleep, added stress from work, or something else.
