Eh, good and bad parts to this. Was aiming for a conservative pace of 5:45 (4:05 per loop) to make sure I was giving it a real tempo effort instead of trying too hard to run the pace I would want to be a tempo. First one in 4:04, and was hoping that the pace would drop as my legs warmed up. Sure enough, 4:01 on the next and 4:00 on the third. Fourth was good through halfway, and then as I hit the incline, felt like I was falling apart a bit and legs felt too heavy, so I decided to stop there (was only planning to do 5 if I felt really good). Well I stood around for 1:30 catching my breath and then I decided I was mad at myself for not doing 5 and did another. Well that just made me angrier when it came out faster, because then I definitely should have done the fifth loop continuous.

Oh well, not aiming to kill myself this week. Solid actual tempo effort, good pacing. As of now, next week will be 20-25 at the sameish pace (if 20, faster; if 25, same), will work out specifics as I get closer.
