Easy 7am run with Robert. HOLY FOG! Visibility super low for a good 20 min of the run, pretty dang coo'. Started off Early Mornin Easy Pace but got going eventually. Felt good.
DEER COACH do I double today? I'm at 86 now so a double puts me over 90, but I'm feeling good. Pro? Anti?
(As in, I'd be increasing mileage a bit but you told us not to this week.)
