10 on the mother ducking treadmill, bitches.
First mile BLEW by, next 5 were terrible, but then the next 4 came pretty easy. Nothing special, started a little north of 7 for 4 and worked down to 6:30 like any other easy run... however, it feels so much worse on the treadmill. But I don't know, I could NOT get it up to run outside today. Seeing as the dark limits even my road options, I have the choice of the same few roads at Marrington in the dark or the same few roads by my apartment in the dark? Hmmmmmmmm how can I possibly decide...
Lit run tomorrow though! Building a charity house in the afternoon and get to leave at 3:30, o baby... last time we left even a little earlier!
