Now THAT'S a recovery run. Chilled super hard because A) woke up sore and B) chose a route with 2 especially rough hills. Felt like seeing the donkeys today, they were chill as always, but today only stopped for 30s to give them one handful of hay. Went up the rest of George's Hill for the first time and holy crap there were some big houses up there. Nice relaxing run. Fartlek tomorrow I do declare.
