Notes
Started shitty but ended up alright. Had some major iron stomach for the first 5 miles, but knew I could just wait it out. After that, things felt way better. Was fairly warm out and I definitely didn't drink enough today so mouth was pretty dry... hit up a water fountain quickly on 9. Smooth sailing after that but was dang thirsty by the end.
Saw 3 turtles, all in the same place though.
Got a little lazy some days this week but all in all it was pretty solid. Haven't had as many killer long runs as last year this time but I don't think it's because of lack of fitness. I may not be substantially more fit than I was this time last year but I do believe I'm healthier and hopefully that makes the difference over the next few weeks.
