Good ol week-of workout. I guess it was fine but doesn't give me an AMAZING feeling. Misjudged the first one, started with >0.25mi at around 6:20 pace, then was around 5:40 for the rest of it. The other two were slight downhills so I'm okay with being a few seconds fast. Just felt like I was working more than I would like to be but I got there and I certainly wasn't all out so maybe I'm just getting in my head. Def don't feel ready for Sunday but ready or not, here it comes...
