Wow, going to have to recheck the map on this one because that's a solid pace for Xtra Medium and it didn't feel that fast for the whole thing.
Ran with Rob only for 95% before meeting up with Aldous, Bobby, and Tyler for the last 5 or 10. Rob and I chilled for a bit, eased into the pace but kept a pretty solid effort for the whole thing. Could feel yesterday in my legs, but they were far from dead, just less bouncy/springy than usual. Breathing was great. Practically BURNED OUR EYES OUT OF OUR HEADS running on Rt 2 with that GD sun in our faces the whole time YEESH.
Moved well past the 360/30 barrier without even realizing it. Good thing Coach is around to keep me informed!
