Well temp was good today! Though it was still pretty muggy, but I can't complain overall. Well, felt better than last week for sure, started pretty steadily but got grooving a bit after the first half. 8th one felt a little tug in my left hammy so I cruised it it, and kept the last 200s smooth. Odd setup compared to last week but straight outta the JD book! Well, sort of. Last week was supposed to be 8 and this week was supposed to be 10... last week was a mistake, this week was intentional in response to last week. Had a little help with some military joggers on the track, they were going like 8min+ pace but at least I could sort of chase someone down sometimes. Trainers again because I'm lazy.
