Went to warm up for a WO but had some ankle pain today that I wasn't too sure about, so just headed back at the end of WU. Likely just a little inflamed from yesterday (certainly no shortage of ankle rolls), but I didn't want to risk it and it didn't feel good to run on. Can still work out Th/Sat if it's good tomorrow and it should be. Tried lifting and no pain so at least that was good.
