MLR WO on the VCT again! Didn't feel so great, wasn't really clicking today, but I guess it ended up alright. Wasn't perfectly flat and had some solid wind on the way back so I can't complain too much. Still, was probably working too hard for the pace, but end of the day it was a solid run. EZPZ tomorrow.
