Long run over the world-famous bridge with Jman and Robobo, plus Shannon and Joef for the first 3 miles. Weather was perfect, bridge pretty empty. Legs were tired but not sore, just kind of a sleepy start to the run but after 5 miles or so we perked up a bit. Felt good up to about 14, then miles 15-18 didn't feel great, but came around again on the last 2. Run flew by!
