Back to the grind... sort of. Kept it pretty chill today. Just went for a nice, no pressure run on DI in some awesome weather and enjoyed myself. No need to push anything today. Eased into it since my quads are dang sore from (I assume) the downhill running yesterday. Past mile 1 or 2, everything felt pretty sweet. Going to keep up on treatments, though... want to get to CDC feeling GR8.
Not a bad week of mileage considering the mini taper leading up the CRBR. Had to stop myself from overanalyzing yesterday on the run... no it wasn't amazing, but it was another good step forward and I'm proud of it, and that's that!
