Well this didn't go as well as I hoped based off of the shakeout or the warmup. On each I accelerated slowly, and just tried to lock into the pace. Wouldn't have been able to really make any moves, etc. (not that I would need to in a workout, I'm just saying). Hamstring was tight, holding me back a bit but not really a huge issue unless I hit a funny step or a bad turn. Definitely sore though and causing the dull pain to return near the knee. Did whatever pace I could. Fortunately, it didn't reallllly get progressively worse during the workout, up until the last 200 of #6. Really tightened up there, got a little hobbly. Could tell in the next 200 of the 2K that nothing good was going to come of it, so just jogged the last 300 and called it. Probably should have started the cool down right away because it reallllllly tightened up by the time that started.

Anyway, got the bulk of it in. Just can't get discouraged, gotta keep working on the recovery and stretches and heating and all that other jazz.
