Nothing to prove Monday. Actually very pleasantly surprised with how this turned out because some things were feeling really beat up this morning and throughout the day. Both feet are having some issues. Right one is the same ol ball of foot soreness that tends to be worse after wearing the Zantes and other less cushioned shoes. Left is on the outside bottom I think from the MLR last week (and made worse by yesterday).It's not too bad but kind of annoying and lingering. Better when I'm running on a softer surface so tried to hop on grass as much as possible. I think I just bruised something and am not giving it a chance to heal. We'll see. Knee been feeling pretty decent but Achilles a little worse.

But yeah run was pretty much fine. Wasn't sure how much I'd want and was prepared to run 2, but then thought I'd have no problem with 4, and then figured might as well do 6, then felt good enough to squeeze out two more. Muscles were good, only issues were what was listed above.
