Meh, disappointingly slow but it happens. Ran with Eddy, and also with Tyler for the first 22.5. Very slow to start, no one was really feeling the run today so it was hard enough getting out the door. Most of the uphill was in the first half too so that didn't help. But around 25, the pace starting improving a whole lot. Good cruise for the last 30 at least. Definitely could have gone faster but was focusing on staying relaxed and controlled. Overall felt good, just wished the pace reflected it a little more but whatever, hilly run in hotter weather, what can ya do.
