Too dumb of a route to map. Ran with Dan, Colin, and Rob, then the first two went off to do longer and Rob and I finished up our second half. (Don't worry, JML, Tyler ran already.)
This week comes second only to my double long run week, and I feel fantastic. NOT a slave to the numbers, just doing what's coming naturally now. Let's keep on rolling.
