Good stuff, tougher workout than last week but all manageable. Wasn't worried about not hitting times at any point in the workout, everything very attainable. We got out fast in the 3200 so I hung in back and came through right on time. Led most of the 1600 and we split very evenly, so that felt good on the legs. I think we each took turns on the 800s, and usually went out in a high 73 and came back mid-high 75, so pretty spot on. And 200s were no problem, they're over before you can even think about them. We each took one of those too... good rolling efforts, nothing killer.

Overall no complaints really. Stomach was a little threatening starting after the 1600 but held it off well. Hurt like a bitch on the cool down, at least at first, but better that way than hurting on the workout. Calves a little tired on the 200s, but nothing a little rolling won't help. Nice workout weather, just a few more degrees cooler and we'll be PERFECT.

Man o man rolling 7 under 80 for the first time in a while :'(
