Hamstring good! I'd say like 95% which is awesome news. Half tights seemed to help, but I'm sure it's mostly the continued work. Either way, got some half tights for Saturday.

Pretty easy workout with the lengthy rests. It took us a couple tries on the 1600s to get the pace right (and it didn't help that my watch kept splitting on its own #watcheswillgainintelligenceandtakeovertheworld), but we nailed it on the next three. Not difficult to hit the paces, tended to hang in back because that's where the most even pacing was happening, holla. Pacing issues on the 200s too, haha, some eager beavers out in front but I hung back a bit and even the quicker ones didn't feel taxing on the hammy. Feels great to be running without major issue again, ready to MFing roll on Saturday.

More more more hammy work tonight. Need 100% for Saturday.
