Because I'm a CRAZY guy, Nafie managed to snag me for this 4x400... About 15min from the end of the 5k to my handoff. Have never been less engaged in a race haha. Just managed to hold off the other team for the slow heat W! Thought I was holding back until I tried kicking annnnnndddd... Couldn't! Went like Nafie 52.5, Jarrett 55, Tim 60, me low 58 for 3:46... 10h out of 15 so four teams should feel REALLY bad about themselves.
