Notes
Ran up to Tyler and Eddy's house, ran with them for about 35 going out and back on Stone Arabia, broke off towards the end to add on a little before running home. Felt okay at first, legs felt a little flat, but everything felt progressively better during the run. Started off slow with mah boyz as we worked through a good amount of up for the first half, and then when we turned and got some downs, started to cruise a little more. Gradual increase of pace for the rest of the run. Unfortunately I could only do so many stupid little add ons until the beckoning of cold gatorade became too strong to ignore, but still got over 10 at least Not even that hot today but after two days of rain, it felt pretty warm. I'm sure I'll be wishing for these temps in a month...
