Notes
Was planning on 35 today but felt weirdly lightheaded and weaker as the run went on, so I cut a little early. That's what this week is for... figuring out how work and meal/sleep schedules around it impact running and what adjustments can be made.
In other news, found out where to get a pass for the trails on the naval base and will pick that up on Sat. The trails are on the way home from work and before congestion areas so I plan to hit it up on the way home and hopefully won't have any traffic problems when I'm done! It'll be hotter then but #heatbump.
