Man I just don't have it this week. If I hadn't had that positive reinforcement last weekend I might be worried but nbd, just one of those weeks I guess. Have been standing a LOT at work lately, probably has something to do with it, but sleep also hasn't been as good as the past 2 weeks (still >7 a night though).

Couldn't really think of a better workout because I'm still not sure what I can handle and what kind of paces I should be running. For now I know 5:50-6 doesn't aggravate anything much so I stuck with that. Pretty objectively worse workout than the past two weeks but again, nbd. Didn't mean to split my watch on the 30s pickup 1/4mi but kept going to keep it consistent. Will go for more variety next week.
