Hill workout, started back a bit from last week to get the full 300m. I hate hills but those weren't especially bad or anything I guess. Except that I was ALONE because the TEAM ASSHOLE abandoned me.

Felt like I had great knee drive on the 50s. Last week I felt like I had really strong push off... could the drills be working?!?!
