Notes
Pre-race runnin. Planned on having the 200s closer to the end of the run but found myself on Old Woods and figured it was the best place to do them. ~1min before, during, and after those, then the last 1.6 to the house. Feeling good... even accidentally sneaked a 6:28 second mile in there. Backed off to ~7 again once I realized.
Tomorrow should be fun. I'm certainly not in my best shape but I'm feeling more confident in where I'm at. If I stay focused throughout the race I think I have a good shot at beating my previous best on the course and dipping under 22. Conditions look good and I'm feeling good so let's give it a try!
