All on track today, did a couple opposite directions.

Spoke too soon about not having a sweat-drenched shirt! Temp back up a bit today to ~75, but definitely more humid than it has been. Not bad though, just a little bit of a bummer after this weekend. This went fine, the laps were usually very even (except for a quick first lap sometimes). Legs felt a little funky for the first two, which isn't uncommon for a tempo workout but was probably exaggerated by taking off yesterday. Cruised through 3 and 4 though, and was tired by the end of 5 but think effort and paces were all appropriate. Funny how similar each set of 200s was to the other.

For the first time kind of noticed my foot a little bit while running during the 200s, but overall I'm not still not worried about it. The sensation is not consistent when running, walking, or otherwise, and even when I feel it, it isn't pain. Do wish it would go away so it would be one less thing to have to worry about...
