Hey I'll take it, because I was inches away from skipping today. Took the day off from work for a day trip with Ronnie to Columbia to the zoo and museum and planned to run beforehand, but when the alarm went off, I wasn't having it. Got back after 8 sufficiently exhausted and all but convinced myself that there was no harm in skipping the run, but future me called out to present me and said NO SIR. So, threw on shorts, a reflective vest, a headlamp, and some shoes and grabbed a 5 spot. It ain't a pretty run, but it's a run.
I run dirt slow in the dark, lamp or no lamp.
