Yeeeeesh didn't feel good today, pretty exhausted the whole time. I mean, it wasn't unexpected considering the past week, past couple of days in particular, but I was thinking it would be more of a tired legs feeling, not a drained energy feeling. Oh well, that's what recovery days are for. No worries.

The pace is just a feeling-based guess because #nomap... ran about 2.5mi to some trails that I don't really know my way around. Unfortunately, they were in pretty poor shape, lots of DEEP puddles and mud, so I wasn't in there too long (but didn't pay attention to times on the roads or anything so won't map the rest).

I don't think I'll make a habit of it, but I'm gonna try to keep logging, it gives me at least another small reason to get out the door to run. But for now, it's my bedtime
