Notes

Yeah don't even care that it was slow, I want to recover well and it was NOT a flat run. Tried to keep it flat, but you can't swing a dead cat in Brookfield without running up a big hill. Probably could have gone flatter but I'm bored of all the runs starting from my house except this one. Deliberately kept it super easy as a result.

Some tightness in my right hamstring towards the start. Felt it a little at the end of Saturday's race, and a little in the first 30 of yesterday's run. Been working on it, and will continue to work on it a little more aggressively today. No pain, shouldn't be a problem.

(Forgot that last week had 4 on Mon so it was more like an 87 week for most of the week. 80 is appropriate for this week then.)
