Notes

Pretty good run, thought it would come out a little faster but decent enough. Got busy during the day so decided to wait until returning to Troy at night. I wanted this to be a progression, nothing crazy though. Ran with Joey for 20 before his ankle hurt enough to turn back. About halfway through I got really hungry, and with 20 to go my stomach was hurting in a different way (though I guess they possibly could have been related). Last 20 were still the fastest but I was really trying to cut loose a little more, but my stomach kept reeling me back in. Everything else felt very good though. Kept relaxed, was initially planning to go longer but with the darkness and stomach, cut it at 80.

1st 20 (with Joey): 7:25 pace

2nd 20: 7:02

3rd 20: 6:54

4th 20: 6:44

For next week, estimating 6-9-11-8-9-8-14 (using mid to high range of the schedule) plus 1 double gets me to 69. I'll keep that as the plan for now, and if I miss it by a few miles I figure it's not a huge deal since we're talking 20+ mile jump from this week, which was already 20+ jump from last week. Maybe I'll save the double for the week after, we'll see.

You mapped the first 20 minutes wrong. I turned right before the crossways which is ~3 miles from my house.
