Tempo today instead of Friday because Taylor and Mannion Bros wanted to do one today. As a Christmas present to myself, let this one be 4mi instead of 30min. Probably smarter that way anyway, being my first tempo back and all. Did this one with Taylor only as the Brothers Mannion actually DITCHED us. Ran on the track, went 5:38, 5:35, 5:30, and 5:28 pace. Solid stuff, air was cold so that was no fun, and fighting some wind, but a good workout overall.
