Timeline:
2 shortly after race
Grabbed my stuff and ran with it ~0.5mi home
Dropped off stuff, grabbed a towel and dry shirt, ran ~0.5mi to Wasabi
Waited 10-15min, got word that awards would be in 15min so did another mile
Got award, dropped it off home, and did one final super chill mile... apparently high 8min pace chill, though GPS always seems to have a hard time by my apt and along the water there
Wonky but had to make up for basically no warmup
