Ha everyone was pretty unsure of what 5:25 felt like after the 3K. Opened up with an 44/88 but gradually got the pace into range. Next one was even. Both felt slightly harder than tempo but expected running on tired legs.

300s were fine, again tired legs but ultimately pretty easy to hit the paces.

2 min between 1600s (but we took 2:30) and 300 yog between 300s
