Uncharacteristically cold day here, but I'm not complaining, I miss the cold! That said, probably could have gone full tights... legs had a hard time grooving on second half pickups. Was keeping relaxed for a while but those first two miles were through the trail so they're bogus. Bumped up the distance a tiny bit to compensate. You got a problem? FIGHT ME.
At the start of mi 5 did 15s stride pickups on the top of every half mile to the end. Clearly nothing impressive though but better than not doing them, right? Right. Had to cut shy of 10 to make a phone call at 7.
