Well HOT DOG, another day where sub-6:45 feels like a yog in the park! I'll just put this pace in case I was really slow on the trails, but at least the roads were around 6:45 and it felt easy peasy. Again, pancake flat so I can't get excited just on pace, but it is cool how easy it comes even in these crappy weather conditions. Getting into that routine where it's easier to get out the door and I don't drag ass as much when I get back, diggin it.
