Fine day, ran with Taylor for 70 and then 30 on my own. Started nice, got a little warm, and then got a little cloudy and cool, good weather progression. Can't map the whole thing since we had some parts through trails, but aside from some infrequent especially bad mud and hills, pace was good (usually is with Taylor...), maybe faster than listed. Did the New Years 4 mi. loop at the end at 6:45 pace which is by no means quick but I felt very relaxed, so for that effort level at the end of a long run, I'll take it. Felt a little beat up around 40 but by 70 my legs were getting some bounce back in them, and finished the run feeling good.

Just shy of my 70 goal this week, but okay with me. (Too bad I didn't run a little further on Monday though.) My previous best of around 66 (or 69 depending on how you look) was done in 9 runs versus 68 in 7 this week. As far as I can tell, before this week only one week I've ever done over 60 was done in 8 runs, none in 7, and the others in 9. So, good progress! Plus, quality has definitely increased too. By tossing in a couple doubles next week, plus a few miles here and there, I should be looking at 80.

EDIT: Mapped everything after the woods, so woods were probably just under 2.
