Notes

Dynamic warm-up and plyos before, 20m mach drills into strides after, then lift.

Still felt pretty sore today, taking way longer to recover than expected, especially since I'm getting good rest, etc. But rolled after lift and felt better, so I'll do some more of that tonight. Aerobically easy run, strained the legs a bit because of the soreness, but not too taxing. Figured the pace would be around there.
