GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATDAMMIT. I don't really know how to log this, ran the first 8 in 7:12 pace with Jake, Eddy, and Okan. After about 20 min of running, stomach started to hurt... bad sign to start so soon. Got worse and worse and worse, until I had to stop (at 8mi) and just try to settle the stomach. Waited 5 min or so, ran a slow 5 min, had to stop again. Waited, ran about 4 min, stopped again... did some walking to Frear. Perfect chance to drop off the damn Cosby kids, but at that point the kids didn't even want to be dropped off anymore. WHAT THE HELL, KIDS? I work my way all the way to Frear for you guys and then you decide that you don't want to go there anymore? So ungrateful, I could have dropped you on the side of the road at any number of places but I'm a better babysitter than that. Kids these days.
Anyway, the short of it is that ran ~58 min @ 7:12, then another period featuring about 17 min of running accompanied with some walking and stopping, so I'm going to just log it as a slow 70. Gotta figure out what is going on with me. This summer has been riddled with stomach issues. Luckily, I think today was just a bad judgment call that could have been avoided, but still, something is up.
Was all ready to start moving on Oakwood too. Frustrating feeling, when everything feels good except stomach... I don't even need a stomach to run, why do I bother bringing it. I guess I'll save it for the progression tomorrow, and at least one run today was fine.
OH YEAH AND SOME DUMBFUCK DOUCHEFACES THREW A MOSTLY FULL GATORADE BOTTLE AT US. Picked it up and tried to chase them down to throw it at their fuckhead truck but they were too far.
