Notes

Ran in the morning at 7 so I didn't have to worry about it after flying. It was COLD, about 41 when I started, which wouldn't have been as much of a problem if I had brought just one long sleeve non-dress shirt...

Not going to bother mapping, the first mile was probably very slow, but the rest was more reasonable. Hamstring still good, some morning stiffness all over my legs but didn't notice anything in particular in the hamstring. Probably not going to be back in time for lift #ohwell.
