Oof, this one wasn't so hot. Started off slow with Joey as Tyler took off like immediately, and slow was fine with me because #recoveryweek. We went over to HVCC and back. It was humid but comfortable, but Joey wasn't having a good time. After turning he said I could do what I want because he was mad crampin and mad "amorphous blobbing," so I started to move a little more up the hill (which, by the way, is definitely worse coming back than going out) and when he fell off more, just decided to go. However, with about 15 to go, my stomach was in knots and was really holding me back. Legs and lungs were great but stomach was really not pretty, so I couldn't go anywhere near as fast as I wanted to go. I mean I'd obviously rather it be that way than legs and lungs hurting, but I would like to know why this has been happening more lately. I still think it's a hunger thing because I'm eating very well, and pretty much the same basic things day to day, with some variation. Today we ran later, so my stomach might have been caught a little off guard. Guess that's the problem sometimes when you #LIVELIKEACLOCK, huh. You get so into routines that the little things can getcha.

Ultimately, though, no big deal.
