12x400 w/ 400 jog with Karl. Was surprised at how easy my breathing was but legs were having a harder time getting moving compared to some of the other 400 workouts, especially considering the longer rest. But I guess that's maybe a good sign for marathon training... that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
I led the evens. Karl was worried about being able to hit 75s... pffffft. Misjudged a couple. Looks like we averaged 73.9, nothing spectacular.
